For our well-known customer, we are looking for you immediately! Your tasks
You ensure the operation of a diverse system landscape
You process tickets in accordance with SLAs
You eliminate disturbances at the 1st & 2nd Level Support or forward them to subsequent units as necessary
You take customer inquiries by phone, email, or at our customer counter and process these
You maintain asset data
You support IT projects
You continuously optimize business processes and structures

Your profile
You have a Class B driver's license
You preferably live in the south of Hamburg, as this is your customer area

You enjoy independent work
You are motivated to develop yourself further in the IT world
You ideally have experience in telephone 1st and 2nd Level Support
You have good knowledge of Windows- and Office-environments
You have advanced knowledge regarding standard hardware
You are communicative and team-oriented
You have good German language skills in writing and speaking
