IT Technician (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Maintenance of our customers in 1st- & 2nd-Level-Support
• Counseling, planning, and implementation of IT projects
• Installation, maintenance, and administration of hardware & software
• Support for automating IT service processes
• Efficient error correction through remote monitoring & management system

Qualification

• Completed vocational training or retraining in the IT sector
• Fundamental knowledge of hardware & software, as well as interest in new technologies
• Structured, solution-oriented work style & pleasure in customer contact
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Driver's license class B (for external assignments)
