IT Technician (m/w/d)

Location: Berlin | Full-time | Immediate start
About Burgermeister
Burgermeister is growing rapidly – and that with a clear claim: always offering our guests the best quality and staying true to them. With over 25 stores in Germany and a consistent expansion course, we are looking for reinforcement for our internal IT team. You will be the central point of contact for all IT topics – both in our Head Office in Berlin and in our stores.
Tasks
Your Tasks
- Maintenance, upkeep, and further development of our server and network infrastructure
- Management and care of hardware (PCs, laptops, tablets, POS systems, routers, network components) in the Head Office and stores
- Installation, configuration, and updating of software and operating systems
- Management and care of Apple devices (iCloud, Apple Business Manager) and Microsoft environments (Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive)
- Synchronization and data maintenance between internal systems and applications
- Security and management of company data (backup, data security, access rights)
- First point of contact for IT issues and technical support for employees
- Documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and support cases
- Coordination with external service providers and suppliers
Qualification
Your Profile
- Completed training as a computer scientist (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure in an office and/or store environment
- Knowledge of Apple ecosystems (macOS, iOS, iCloud) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange)
- Knowledge of network technology (LAN/WLAN, VPN, firewall)
- Experience working with Windows and macOS; Linux knowledge is an asset
- Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
- Good German and English skills
