Tasks

• You will further develop the IT infrastructure of our customers and in our own data center and manage the data center infrastructures, always keeping a watchful eye on the monitoring of the entire infrastructure.
• Your skills come into their own especially when it comes to analyzing disturbances and performing error analyses.
• Configuring network components is in your blood, while you ensure smooth operations by administering the server infrastructure.
• Microsoft 365 is in the best hands with you, and you also master firewall administration with flying colors.
• You handle support requests: You analyze network problems, fix disturbances in Active Directory and Group Policies, take care of more complex client and server problems, and escalate targetedly when necessary.
• You support the analysis and resolution of network disturbances (VLAN, DHCP, DNS, WLAN) and help connect new devices to the network.

Qualification

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist and possess very good knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Windows server systems.
• Your structured and independent way of working is ideally complemented by your team spirit and customer orientation.
• Very good German language skills round off your profile and enable effective communication in everyday work.
• Driver's license required
• Experience with manufacturers Fortinet, Securepoint, Microsoft 365, HPE Aruba, or UniFi is desirable.
