Job description
Tasks
- Installation, setup, and fault identification of hardware and software
- Commissioning and inventory management
- Activities such as labeling and scanning
- Asset services and maintenance of customer databases
- Provision and status maintenance of orders
Qualification
- Completed technical training (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker für Geräte und Systeme (m/w/d), IT-Systemtechniker (m/w/d)) or equivalent practical IT knowledge
- Basis knowledge in network and operating systems (particularly Windows and Office)
- Very good German language skills and basic English knowledge
- Willingness to work shifts (currently single-shift operation)
- Antistatic safety shoes required
