Aufgaben

• Self-contained processing of tickets in 2nd- and 3rd-Level-Support
• Lasting analysis and solution of technical problems (remote, by phone or on-site)
• Communication with customers and manufacturers, including escalations
• Clean documentation of your work in the ticket system and wiki
• Technical point of contact for our customers
• Supporting your colleagues with technical questions
• Thinking ahead: recognizing risks, proposing improvements, and implementing them
• Coordination with sales and technology leadership on projects and customer requirements

Qualifikation

• Completed training in the IT sector or comparable practical experience
• Multiple years of experience in IT-Support (2nd/3rd Level) or as a system administrator
• Very good understanding of typical KMU-IT landscapes (servers, clients, Microsoft 365, networks)
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• You keep your promises – to customers and colleagues
• Team player mindset: you help, explain, and support gladly
• Clear communication, even when it gets technical
• Motivation to further develop yourself professionally and take responsibility
