For the DATAGROUP Köln GmbH, we are looking for an IT Technician (all genders) Onsite-Support in the Greater Bonn, Sankt Augustin, Bad Honnef area from September 1, 2026 or earlier.

Aufgaben

• From September 1, 2026 or earlier, you will be responsible for providing 2nd Level user support in German and English on-site.

• You will ensure the smooth operation of office IT systems.

• Incidents will be recorded and documented in the trouble ticket system, prioritized, classified, and escalated by you.

• You will install and configure hardware and software (desktops, notebooks, printers) and support during IT migrations (setting up and configuring IT workspaces).

• You will perform functional and connection tests.

Qualifikation

• Completed IT vocational training as a Fachinformatiker (all genders) Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker (all genders), or similar

• Experience in user support, working with ticket systems, Windows 11, and common MS Office products/Microsoft Office 365

• Secure German language skills (at least C1) and English language skills

• A valid Class B driving license or equivalent is required

• You work well in a team and help users with IT problems. You are reliable and service-oriented.
