RAC 74 IMPEX SRL is expanding its team and looking for a new colleague to fill the role of IT Technician at our office in Tulcea.

REQUIREMENTS:
Medium or higher education in a technical profile;
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is an advantage;
Seriousness, punctuality, respect for deadlines, teamwork spirit;
Knowledge of hardware and software PC and peripherals maintenance, diagnosis, and repair;
Basic knowledge of network - diagnosis and repair;
Knowledge of installing/configuring usual software: Microsoft Windows, email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird), Microsoft Office suite;
Knowledge of online store administration (Opencart) is an advantage;
Programming skills (PHP, JavaScript...) are also an advantage.

Job Description
Main responsibilities:
Installing and maintaining hardware equipment (PCs, printers, UPS, peripherals);
Installing and maintaining software on computers;
Repairing and testing UTP, RJ45 cables;
Reinstalling operating systems with data migration and profiles (documents, software, email boxes, history etc.);
Providing support to colleagues from other departments for solving software/computer/network problems;
Updating data on the company's online sales and management platforms.
