IT Technician (M/F/D)

• A strong IT-based technical education
• At least 4 years of experience in the IT field
• Proficiency with Windows server and client environments
• Experience with Service Desk operations is a plus
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
• Self-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Willingness to travel about 10%

• Provide remote and onsite support to our plants in Romania and Greece, ensuring smooth IT operations.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Manage IT systems and services, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
• Maintain servers and regularly install software updates to ensure system reliability.
• Handle incidents within the standardized Service Desk environment, providing timely resolutions.
• Participate in regional and corporate project management teams, contributing to the success of various initiatives.
