IT Technician - Florești

Responsabilities:

- Provide Technical Support service for users to ensure business objectives.

- Perform IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities for Microsoft products.

- Preparing documentation for technical solution implemented.

- Perform on-site activities.

- Configuration and maintenance of printers, video projectors, display-wall systems.

- Approaches and solves requests arrived via the dedicated support channels.

- Build, assimilate, implement, audit and improve working procedures.

- Communicating with Customers via phone, email or Zoom/WebEx/Teams.

- Act as Internal IT support person.

- Management of hardware equipment under official maintenance of the vendor

- Give feedback to customers on incidents.

- Providing Level 1, Level 2 and Customer Liaison support as required.

- Retrieve all necessary information for further investigations.

Skills and Experience:

- Excellent knowledge of the main client operating systems (Windows10, Windows11) and of the main troubleshooting techniques

- Experience with ticketing systems.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

- MAC OS and Android concept knowledge.

- Previous experience in similar job is a plus.

- Ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment.

- Well organized, able to set priorities.

- Dynamic and good communications skills.

- English language.
