IT Technician (C2) - Pietermaritzburg

Job description

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a IT Technician to join their team in Pietermaritzburg. The Main Purpose of the function is to provide a wide range of services to implement, support, repair, and maintain the organization’s information technology systems in line with agreed standards.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting.
System Maintenance, Backups & Upgrades.
Network Support & Monitoring.
Security & Compliance.
Customer Service & Communication.
Documentation & Reporting.
Training interventions.
Continuous learning and adaptability in Information Technology.
Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality management Systems

Requirements:

Grade 12 with Core Maths and Science.
A National Diploma in Information Technology.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills in English
Good coordinating and liaison skills
Good IT Knowledge and ability to learn on the jo
Ability to work co-operatively with a team
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite of Applications
Driver’s License
