Our client is an international industrial conglomerate. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a full-time IT Team Leader for the location in Neu-Isenburg and other subsidiaries to start as soon as possible for a period of one year.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary interface between the company's IT team and site management
• Manage and support the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations
• Lead IT projects at the site from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
• Oversee daily IT operations, including reaction to incidents and error correction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver IT solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant IT guidelines and standards
• Monitor and report on IT performance metrics
• Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions
• Supervise and mentor IT staff on site
• Maintain relationships with suppliers for the procurement of hardware and software
• Regular travel to various sites or locations in EMEA may be required
• In case of urgent matters or project work, availability outside regular working hours or weekends may be necessary

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in IT support with at least 3-5 years in a practical and/or leadership role
• Experience in an environment with multiple sites or in the manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools
• Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
• Comfortable using MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Access
• SAP STC Module advantageous
