IT Team Leader (m/f/d) Interim

On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as “IT Team Leader (m/f/d) Interim”.

Responsibilities

• As an IT Team Leader (m/f/d), you will manage, prioritize, and distribute IT tickets and coordinate their processing, taking Service Level Agreements into account.
• In doing so, you will coordinate IT support employees at various locations, monitor processing statuses, and ensure reliable IT service.
• You will support the team in IT support, particularly with the setup and installation of PCs and laptops, hardware assembly, error analysis and troubleshooting, as well as network patching.
• You will accompany IT projects on-site, coordinate technical tasks, and support the introduction, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions and IT infrastructures.
• You will also be responsible for the administration and control of IT hardware and material stocks, create regular reports for management, and ensure structured documentation.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in computer science or an apprenticeship as a Fachinformatiker for System Integration (m/f/d), IT System Electronics Technician (m/f/d), or a comparable IT qualification.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in leading, coordinating, and managing IT teams as well as in practical IT support.
• You have good knowledge in the areas of IT ticket management, incident management, hardware support, PC and laptop administration, network support, troubleshooting, and service level management.
• Even under time pressure, you make transparent decisions, handle escalations in a solution-oriented manner, and work independently, in a structured and responsible manner.
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
