Your Mission

As IT-teamLead (m/w/d), you will take over responsibility for our IT department with 8 colleagues. You ensure the stability and security of systems, lead your team with a clear line, and develop structures, processes, and projects actively. While working closely with management, you bring in your own ideas.

Your Tasks

• Führung & Coaching: Leadership, motivation, and further development of a young, ambitious team
• IT-Betrieb & Architektur: Ensuring stable systems (e.g. Node.js, ReactJS, AWS, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Projektmanagement: Planning, controlling, and implementing IT projects with an overview of resources and priorities
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung: Introducing modern processes, tools, and architectures to ensure scalability and efficiency
• Innovation & Vision: Setting impulses, evaluating new technologies, and bringing the company forward technically
• Schnittstelle: Close cooperation with management to align IT strategy with company goals

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent
• Multiple years of experience in IT, including project or team leadership
• First experience in leadership, coaching, or organizing teams
• Good knowledge of modern IT architectures and cloud technologies (e.g. AWS)
• Interest in dealing with modern AI solutions and applying them in everyday life.
• Strong communication skills, clear leadership style, and hands-on mentality
• Very good English language skills (company language is English)
• Pleasure in taking responsibility and shaping a young team
