Job description
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role Experience recruiting/sourcing for IT and technical roles (e.g. software engineers, DevOps, QA, data, product, etc.) Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with ATS systems (e.g. Ashby) and recruitment metrics Fluency in English (spoken and written); Nice to Have Experience recruiting non-IT roles (e.g. business, operations, HR, etc.)
