IT Systemtechniker (m/w/d) Field Service

You know how to combine your technical expertise with advisory strength? As IT Support, you'll take on a central role at our customer's company!

Our customer is an established IT service provider with locations in Vienna and Kundl. For over 10 years, the company has been supporting customers from industries such as tourism, energy, and real estate with high-quality IT support and tailored solutions around Security, Cloud, Workplace, and Infrastructure.

Tasks

• Main point of contact for fast and reliable help in 1st- and 2nd-level User-Support
• Planning and implementation of IT installations together with the team on site and at the main office in Vienna
• Execution of maintenance and service tasks on site, by phone or remotely
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation of hardware-, software- and network-related issues
• Administration and maintenance of client environments including complete workstation installations
• Maintenance and further development of existing customer relationships in ongoing operations

Qualification

• At least 3 years of experience in the IT field, e.g. in support, installation or technical conception

• Safe handling of complex technical tasks and challenges

• Structured work approach and joy in direct customer contact

• Practical experience with hardware and software in the company environment

• Verbal fluency in German and English

• 2-3 days per week travel readiness to customers on site

• Roster availability on weekends

• Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with managed services like updates, patching, monitoring or maintenance

• Knowledge of network infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and group policies
