Aufgaben

• Safeguarding a stable IT operation within the in-house environment
• Caring for and supporting users at first- and second-level support
• Analyzing, prioritizing, and sustainably resolving IT disruptions
• Collaboration with external IT service providers as well as taking over the interface function
• Setting up, configuring, and maintaining IT workstations
• Carrying out system updates, maintenance, and smaller rollouts
• Installing, configuring, and administering client hardware and software as well as mobile devices
• Orienting employees to new systems and applications
• Creating and maintaining user documentation
• User and authorization management
• Caring for connected interfaces and systems

Qualifikation

Qualifikation und Persönlichkeit

• Completed training in the IT sector or extensive professional experience in a comparable position
• Experience in user support and operation of IT infrastructures
• Knowledge of ERP systems, interfaces, or adjacent applications is advantageous
• Very good knowledge of common office applications
• Structured, analytical, and responsible working style
• High level of reliability and team orientation
• Very good German language skills as well as good English language skills
