IT Systems Engineer KI & Digitalisierung (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Analysis of the IT system landscape and identification of sensible applications for KI and digitalization
• Introduction and implementation of practical KI solutions for automating and optimizing internal processes
• Verification of systems and processes to reduce manual activities and increase efficiency
• Active development and optimization of the IT system landscape
• Integration of new tools, applications, and interfaces into the existing IT environment
• Assuming classic system administration tasks in the event of absence, e.g. support, server, and user management

Qualification

• Completed IT training, e.g. Fachinformatiker for system integration, an IT study, or a comparable qualification
• Interest or practical experience in the use of KI tools, automations, and digital solutions
• Experience in operating, developing, or optimizing IT infrastructures and system landscapes
• Safe handling of Windows systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft environments
• Technical understanding of complex IT relationships and analytical and networked thinking
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good English language skills in writing and speaking
