With our ERP/PPS software, we control the processes necessary for producing cartons and packaging materials.

Tasks
- Maintenance of an ERP customer portfolio
- Processing of support cases in 1st and 2nd level Helpdesk
- Checking and editing system functions and customer requirements
- Versions and test management
- Documentation preparation
Qualification
- Vocational training as an IT-System Administrator, Computer Scientist or Industrial Administrator
- Good knowledge of the ERP environment
- Knowledge of the packaging industry / SQL Server advantageous
- IT affinity and technical understanding
- Team and communication skills
