Kiel | Hybrid (ca. 50 % Homeoffice) | Full-time (35 hours) | Unlimited
An established industrial company with several hundred employees and a modern, production-oriented IT landscape is seeking an IT-Systemintegrator / Server Administrator. The company operates complex technical systems at its northern German location, where stable and secure IT operations play a central role.
To strengthen the IT team, we are looking for an IT-Systemintegrator / Server Administrator who enjoys developing systems, optimizing processes, and acting as an internal point of contact for system requirements.
Tasks
- Administration of server and network systems
- Conceptualization and integration of hardware and software solutions
- Support and error analysis in the area of servers, networks, and production-oriented IT systems
- Ongoing optimization and further development of the existing system landscape
- Management, control, and restoration of data backup
- Collaboration with 3rd-Level-Support, manufacturers, and external service providers
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
- Counseling internal departments as an IT Consultant for system requirements
- User and rights management in Active Directory, applications, and access systems
Qualification
- Degree in Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or equivalent qualification
- Practical experience in the areas:
Virtualization
Data backup & Disaster-Recovery
Network & IT-Security
Ideal would be also Databases
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly:
Active Directory
Windows Server & Clients
DHCP, DNS
MS SQL
- Structured, solution-oriented, and conscientious working style
