IT-System Integrator / Server Administrator (m/w/d)

We are looking for an IT-System Integrator / Server Administrator to strengthen our team at Kiel | Hybrid (ca. 50 % Homeoffice) | Full-time (35 hours) | Unlimited.

An established, tariff-bound industrial company with several hundred employees and a modern, production-oriented IT landscape is seeking a professional who enjoys developing systems, optimizing processes, and acting as an internal point of contact for system requirements.

The company operates complex technical systems at its northern German location, where stable and secure IT operations play a central role.

Tasks

• Administration of server and network systems
• Conceptualization and integration of hardware and software solutions
• Support and error analysis in the area of servers, networks, and production-oriented IT systems
• Ongoing optimization and further development of the existing system landscape
• Management, control, and restoration of data backup
• Collaboration with 3rd-Level-Support, manufacturers, and external service providers
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Counseling internal departments as an IT Consultant for system requirements
• User and rights management in Active Directory, applications, and access systems

Qualification

• Degree in Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or equivalent qualification
• Practical experience in the areas:

Virtualization

Data backup & Disaster-Recovery

Network & IT-Security

Ideal would be also Databases

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly:

Active Directory

Windows Server & Clients

DHCP, DNS

MS SQL

• Structured, solution-oriented, and conscientious working style
