Your Responsibilities

• Interface between projects and IT: You will analyze existing project processes and design their integration into innovative IT systems

• AI Integration: You will identify and implement AI solutions for process simplification and automation

• Support and expansion of existing systems:

• CAS CRM

• Microsoft SharePoint

• AutoiXpert

• BookStack

• Microsoft Office 365

• Server landscape & infrastructure: Maintenance and troubleshooting of

• Terminal Server

• NAS

• Ubiquiti network environment

• Telephone system (Innovaphone)

• Client Management: Management and support of the hardware clients of our users

• Monitoring and implementation of IT security

Your Profile

• Completed IT training (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, computer science degree, or similar)

• Professional experience in handling the above-mentioned or comparable systems

• Experience with the integration of AI solutions in business processes is an advantage

• Structured, self-reliant way of working and strong communication skills

• Service orientation and enjoyment of direct collaboration with the specialized departments

Your first months with us

In the first few months, you will get to know our IT infrastructure in detail and gradually take over the support of the systems. You will familiarize yourself with our internal processes and support the team in initial technical projects.
