Tasks

• You will support the operation, user management, and maintenance of our end-device-specific update software.
• In addition, you will manage user accounts and ensure a stable operation.
• As 2nd-Level Support Representative, you will analyze technical problems and find sustainable solutions.
• You will plan and conduct tests around release changes for hardware and software.
• You will ensure the continuous maintenance and distribution of the software and actively contribute to its further development.
• You will coordinate specific thematic focal points and bring your expertise into cross-functional coordination meetings.

Qualification

• A completed degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, applied computer science, or a comparable technical field.
• Fundamental knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript or VBA.
• Experience working with Python.
• Practical experience in test automation.
• Familiarity with client-server infrastructure.
• Analytical thinking, sense of responsibility, and joy in technical further development.
