IT-System Engineer (m/w/d)

Transparency regarding salary:

This position is aimed at candidates with at least two years of relevant practical work experience.

The salary range lies between 45,000 € and 58,000 € gross per year, depending on experience.

Work model: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days a week in the office).

Location: Greater Nuremberg area (South)

Muxon is a small, globally active staffing agency and conducts this search on behalf of our partner - a renowned, family-owned medium-sized software company that has developed innovative solutions with significant societal impact for over 40 years. Their applications support non-medical hospital processes such as kitchen operations, material management, and patient transport, with a clear focus on efficiency, scalability, and digitalization.

Tasks

  • Analyzing and resolving technical issues (2nd-Level-Support)

  • Restoring service levels according to SLA requirements and introducing corrective measures

  • Providing clear, technical feedback to customers

  • Active communication with customers, First-Level-Support, and internal teams

  • Maintaining accurate and traceable documentation in the ticket system

  • Supporting the improvement and standardization of incident management processes

  • Handling escalations and interface management

  • Compliance with technical, organizational, and data protection regulations as well as quality standards

Qualification

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support, system integration, or comparable technical roles

  • Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft SQL Server

  • Experience with logs, interfaces (e.g., web services, HL7), SQL debugging, and technical incident analysis

  • Familiarity with remote maintenance tools as well as structured ticketing and documentation processes

  • German language skills at C1/C2 level

  • Fluent English (B2)

  • Analytical, solution-oriented, structured, and reliable work style

  • Team player, self-motivated, and eager to learn
