To strengthen our project and consulting team, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist who not only implements but actively shapes, questions, and develops.

Aufgaben

You will be the central point of contact for modern Microsoft Cloud architectures and accompany our customers comprehensively – from analysis to operation.

Your focal points:

• Planning, design, and implementation of Microsoft 365 projects and solutions
• Carrying out migrations (including Exchange, Tenant-to-Tenant, hybrid scenarios)
• Counseling customers on architecture-, security- and governance-level
• Carrying out security assessments and audits of existing M365 environments
• Implementing and optimizing various Microsoft products such as Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Defender, Purview, and Copilot
• Support in 3rd Level Support for complex questions
• Further developing internal standards, best practices, and automations within a strong team

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of practical experience (≥ 5 years) in the field of Microsoft 365
• Demonstrable project experience in migrations, implementations, and audits or security assessments
• Fundamental knowledge in Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview
• MS-700, SC-100/200/300/400 or comparable certifications of advantage
• Structured, self-responsible working style and high quality standards
• Strong communication skills in the customer context, ideally experience in KMU field
• Very good German and good English knowledge
