We are looking for you as a team member of our Technical Services department in Bochum. Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as an IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Maintenance of IT components
• Upgrade and expansion of workstation hardware
• Installation and configuration of hardware in the client and server area
• Self-contained software installation
• Solving of hard- and software problems, as well as processing of tickets within predefined service levels
• Eigenständige installation changes and possibly software configurations

Qualifikation

• Completed training (e.g. IT-Systemelektroniker/in, Informationselektroniker/in or Mechatroniker/in) or equivalent qualification
• First experience in maintaining IT components and implementing customer requirements
• First experience in repairing hardware (notebook, PC)
• Certificates from Lenovo, Dell or Hewlett Packard are advantageous but not necessarily required
• Team-oriented working style
