We are looking for you as a team member of our Technical Services department in Bochum. Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as an IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• Instandsetzung von IT-Komponenten
• Umbau und Erweiterung von Arbeitsplatz-Hardware
• Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware im Client- und Serverbereich
• selbstständige Softwareinstallation
• Lösen von Hard- und Softwareproblemen sowie Bearbeiten von Tickets innerhalb vorgegebener Servicelevel
• eigenständige Installationsänderungen und ggf. Softwarekonfigurationen

Qualifikation

• abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z.B. IT-Systemelektroniker/in, Informationselektroniker/in oder Mechatroniker/in) oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
• erste Erfahrung in der Wartung von IT-Komponenten sowie in der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen
• erste Erfahrung in der Reparatur von Hardware (Notebook, PC)
• Zertifikate von Lenovo, Dell oder Hewlett Packard sind von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
• teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
