IT System Electronics Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for you to join our Technical Services department in Bochum as soon as possible. Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as an IT System Electronics Technician (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Repair of IT components
• Modification and expansion of workplace hardware
• Installation and configuration of hardware in the client and server areas
• Independent software installation
• Solving hardware and software problems as well as processing tickets within defined service levels
• Independent installation changes and, if necessary, software configurations

Qualification

• Completed vocational training (e.g., IT System Electronics Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician) or equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in the maintenance of IT components as well as in the implementation of customer requirements
• Initial experience in the repair of hardware (notebook, PC)
• Certificates from Lenovo, Dell, or Hewlett Packard are advantageous, but not strictly required
• Team-oriented way of working
