IT System Electronics Technician (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a team member of our Technical Services department in Bochum as soon as possible. Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as an IT System Electronics Technician (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Repair of IT components
• Modification and expansion of workstation hardware
• Installation and configuration of hardware in the client and server areas
• Independent software installation
• Solving hard- and software problems as well as processing tickets within defined service levels
• Independent installation changes and, if necessary, software configurations

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training (e.g., IT System Electronics Technician, Information Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician) or equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in maintaining IT components as well as in implementing customer requirements
• Initial experience in hardware repair (notebook, PC)
• Certificates from Lenovo, Dell, or Hewlett Packard are an advantage, but not mandatory
• Team-oriented work style
