We are a growing emergency call and service center with a focus on professional security technology.
Even lateral entrants with IT affinity are welcome – what's important is technical understanding and a structured work approach.

Tasks

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of networked security systems (alarm, video, access)
• Setup and connection of IP networks (switches, routers, VLANs)
• Setting up IT interfaces between customer object and control center
• Maintenance, fault analysis, and troubleshooting in IT-based systems
• Documented installed systems and changes
• User training for customers
• Tight cooperation with technology team and control center

Qualification

• Vocational training as an IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker, Elektroniker or comparable
  (even lateral entrants with strong IT affinity possible)
• Fundamental knowledge in network technology (IP, routing, VLAN, VPN)
• Interest in security technology and networked systems
• Class B driving license
• German language skills for documentation and customer coordination
• Self-contained, structured work approach
• Friendly and professional demeanor
