VLAN configure, IP camera align, alarm system connect to the control center – at three different locations within a week. Who comes from IT and finds outdoor work more interesting than helpdesk, will land here exactly right.

As an IT-Systemelektroniker at Stadtritter, you will work at the interface between network technology and security technology. IP-based security technology will be installed for private and commercial customers in Berlin/Brandenburg: alarm systems, video surveillance, access control – all connected to a dedicated VdS-certified emergency call center. No experience in security technology? No problem – manufacturer training runs on Stadtritter's costs.

Tasks

• Installation and configuration of IP alarm systems, video surveillance, and access control systems

• Network technology on site: cabling, router and switch configuration, VLAN setup

• Connecting new systems to the emergency and service control center

• Programming and commissioning according to manufacturer specifications

• Troubleshooting and technical error analysis in the field

• Training customers in the operation of installed systems

• Documentation of installed systems and network topologies

You should bring

• Training as an IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker, Netzwerktechniker, or comparable

• Knowledge of network technology: IP addressing, VLAN, router/switch configuration

• Handicraft skills for cable laying and assembly

• Driver's license Class B

• Independent, meticulous working style

No must, but a plus

• Experience with security technology (Ajax, Dahua, Lupus, Salto) – will be internally trained

• VdS knowledge or manufacturer certifications

• Experience with VoIP or IP access control
