Tasks

• Support for users with IT questions and technical issues
• Setting up workstations and maintenance of hardware and software
• Promoting and administration of the office network
• Management of user accounts and access rights in Windows Active Directory
• Ensuring a stable operation, including basic maintenance and updates
• Maintenance of digitalization projects within the law firm
• Coordination with internal departments and cooperation with external service providers

Qualification

• Completed education or study in the IT field or comparable practical experience
• Knowledge of network administration and operation of IT systems
• Experience with Windows Active Directory and management of users and permissions
• Safe handling of MS Office and digital work processes
• Structured, reliable, and team-oriented working style
• Pleasure in practical IT tasks and service-oriented support for the law firm's operations
