Overview
As an IT-System Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring the stable and secure operation of the company's IT infrastructure. You guarantee the availability of systems, support users in their daily operations, and actively contribute to the development of the IT landscape.
Your Tasks
- Administration and maintenance of Windows servers
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of clients, servers, and peripheral devices
- Maintenance of network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, VPN, firewall)
- User and rights management
- Monitoring of systems, error analysis, and resolution (2nd/3rd level support)
- Maintenance of backup and recovery solutions
- Documented system landscapes and IT processes
- Participation in IT projects (e.g. migrations, rollouts, virtualization, cloud connections)
- Implementation and control of IT security guidelines
Your Profile
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. system integration) or equivalent qualification
- also welcome as a lateral entrant
- Fundamental knowledge in system administration (Windows Server)
- Experience in the network environment
- Knowledge of virtualization desirable
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Teamwork and excellent service orientation
- Good German language skills in writing and speaking
