Tasks

  • You will support your clients end-to-end in the project business, from planning and setting up software to user training, primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits at the client's location.
  • Clients' consulting, implementation, configuration, and execution of system/process changes, including individual adaptations, as well as subsequent user training, are within your scope.
  • In your role, you will show clients usage possibilities and identify potential for efficiency gains through software solutions.
  • You will closely coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a high level of service quality, occasionally accompanying sales representatives at product demos, etc.

Profile

  • You have completed vocational training (ideally in the medical or IT technical field) and possess experience in system consulting for pharmacy inventory systems.
  • You have fundamental experience in the consulting and project environment.
  • Ideal candidates are familiar with the operations of pharmacies and recognize optimization potential through targeted software use.
  • Your confident and friendly demeanor enables you to convince clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Communication strength, service orientation, and enthusiasm for direct customer contact distinguish you.
  • Occasional assignments in the field are no problem for you, and you possess a Class B driver's license.
