Job description

You will support your clients end-to-end in the project business, from planning and setting up software to user training, primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits at the client's location.
Clients' consulting, implementation, configuration, and execution of system/process changes, including individual adaptations, as well as subsequent user training, are within your scope.
In your role, you will show clients usage possibilities and identify potential for efficiency gains through software solutions.
You will closely coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a high level of service quality, occasionally accompanying sales representatives at product demos, etc.

You have completed vocational training (ideally in the medical or IT technical field) and possess experience in system consulting for pharmacy inventory systems.
You have fundamental experience in the consulting and project environment.
Ideal candidates are familiar with the operations of pharmacies and recognize optimization potential through targeted software use.
Your confident and friendly demeanor enables you to convince clients and build long-term relationships.
Communication strength, service orientation, and enthusiasm for direct customer contact distinguish you.
Occasional assignments in the field are no problem for you, and you possess a Class B driver's license.
