IT System Administrator* (m/f/d)

As an IT System Administrator* (m/f/d), you will ensure the secure, stable, and future-proof operation of our IT infrastructure together with your colleagues. You will work with modern technologies, support exciting IT projects, and act as a competent contact person for our specialist departments. Tasks

• Operation, administration, and further development of the IT infrastructure (servers, storage, network,

  virtualization)

• Administration of the Windows Server environment and Active Directory (users, groups, rights,

  group policies)

• Management of the client landscape, including software distribution and patch management

• Support of network and IT security (firewall, VPN, segmentation)

• Co-operation of the virtualization and container environment (VMWare, Kubernetes)

• Ensuring backup, monitoring, and recovery

• Participation in the administration of the Microsoft 365 environment

• 2nd/3rd level support and ticket processing for the specialist departments

• Participation in IT projects (e.g., AD migration, IAM, cluster expansion)

Qualification

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network technology (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN)
• Experience with virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), ideally containers/Kubernetes
• Knowledge of backup, monitoring, and IT security
• Ideally basic Linux knowledge and scripting (PowerShell)
• Structured, independent way of working and team spirit
