Aufgaben

• Projekte mit Sinn: You accompany exciting IT projects – from planning to implementation – and support our customers with tailored hard- and software solutions.
• IT zum Anfassen: Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and workstations are part of your daily routine. You ensure that everything runs smoothly – and if not, you're on the spot.
• Kundenkontakt mit Tiefgang: In 2nd- and 3rd-level support, you stand by our customers with advice and assistance, even on-site. You monitor systems, troubleshoot errors, and ensure smooth operations.
• Sicherheit großgeschrieben: You manage user accounts and permissions, take care of Active Directory and group policies – and ensure that data is secure with backups and restores.
• Dokumentation mit System: Your comprehensive documentation helps us to continuously improve processes and configurations.

Qualifikation

You have a completed IT training and maybe even one or two years of professional experience? Then you're exactly right with us!

We are looking for people who:

• IT lieben – and know Sophos, feel at home in the Windows Server world, have experiences with Veeam, which is a plus but not a must.
• Flexibel sind – with a Class B driver's license, to be able to visit customers on-site occasionally.
• Organisationstalent haben – and can keep track of things even when it gets hectic.
• Teamplayer sind – and don't have a fear of our office dogs.
