Tasks

• You support our users with all questions about PC, Server, Office applications, and VPN.
• You assist in IT support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, as well as for our server and virtualization environment.
• You work with Windows Server 2019/2025, VMware vSphere, administer our network environment, and our WatchGuard-Firewall cluster.
• You manage endpoints, take care of software distribution, and ensure secure endpoint security.

Qualification

• You have a training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification.
• You bring initial experience in IT support.
• You enjoy supporting users and communicating solutions in a way that is easy to understand.
• You are open to new technologies and developments.
• You work independently, responsibly, and solution-oriented in the small team on site.
• You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
