Aufgaben

Your mission with us

You ensure that our small team can work reliably and securely in the digital environment at all times. For this, you take over IT administration, maintenance, and further development of our Microsoft 365 tenant, device management, and administration of third-party tools. You support operationally in implementing IT security requirements in collaboration with our IT service provider and ensure that IT support runs smoothly. You take over the service management with our IT partners. Together, we create a digital working environment that functions – securely, efficiently, and solution-oriented.

Your responsibilities:

• You maintain the balance between IT security and usability
• You review and expand our IT security guidelines continuously
• You keep track of relevant developments in IT security and lead necessary adjustments from them
• You design user and license management
• You implement and manage IT security measures and support users in implementing them
• You accompany and support our employees from the first device selection to all IT questions and manage our device zoo via Intune
• You find solutions together with our colleagues that are both practical and sustainable
• You keep yourself up-to-date on developments in the Microsoft Cloud environment and prepare relevant changes for our employees

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• Experience in administering the Microsoft Cloud environment
• Understanding of IT security concepts and their implementation
• Experience with Azure and the Microsoft Admin Centers
• Experience in Intune device management
• Responsibility for IT and IT security
• Organizational talent and self-responsibility
• Ideal location: Leipzig-Dresden-Berlin metropolitan area

We set our salaries based on professional competence, the value-adding contribution to company success, and the degree of responsibility. The anticipated salary range for this role is 36,000 – 55,000€ per year (full-time), depending on your professional experience.
