Aufgaben

You will work on varied IT infrastructure topics - sometimes remotely, sometimes at the customer's site, sometimes as part of a team, and sometimes independently.

This includes:

• Administration of networks
• Implementation and configuration of server and PC solutions
• Error correction and repair of server and workstation systems
• Implementation of firewall and WLAN systems in existing networks
• First- and second-level support
• Technical and professional IT infrastructure consulting
• Administration of cloud server structures
• Conducting infrastructure analyses
• Caring for and further developing existing customer environments
• Documented systems, changes, and solutions

The focus is primarily on Windows systems. Linux systems are also used, so relevant basic knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifikation

You have a completed education as a Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration or a comparable IT education.

Desirable is experience in several of these areas:

• Windows Server environments and Microsoft client systems
• Active Directory, group policies, DNS, DHCP
• Network technology, VLANs, routing, switching
• Firewall and VPN solutions
• WLAN infrastructure
• Virtualization, for example Hyper-V or Proxmox
• MICROSOFT 365, Azure, or other cloud services
• Backup, monitoring, and security solutions
• Basic knowledge in Linux systems
• Structured error analysis and clean documentation

You don't have to be an expert in everything. What's important to us is that you understand technical connections, work reliably, and are eager to develop yourself.
