Tasks

• In your role, you are responsible for ensuring the high-quality operation of networks and systems for our customers.
• You are the dedicated point of contact for planning and implementing new systems and infrastructures.
• You actively exchange with our customers and steer the emerging requests.
• Bug fixing for network & server topics, as well as performing system copies and release- and patch management, are part of your tasks.

Qualification

• Completed IT vocational training, industry-specific professional experience, and/or qualified further education measures.
• Experience in dealing with Microsoft's client- and server operating systems.
• Passionate interest in network technologies.
• Structured, flexible, and process-oriented thinking and working style for taking up, analyzing, and optimally implementing requirements.
• Outstanding communication willingness and strength in interacting with our customers and colleagues.
