Mögliche Aufgabenbereiche

You plan, maintain and develop systems that move our company forward. You take care of our internal servers, worry about updates, backups and ensure that all systems run smoothly.

• Netzwerkadministration
  You monitor and configure routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs.
• Datensicherung & Wiederherstellung
  You plan, check and test backups regularly. You ensure that in case of an emergency, no data is lost.
• Technischer Support im Alltag
  You are one of the first points of contact for IT-related questions and help colleagues with problems. Per Chat or on-site.
• Einrichtung neuer Arbeitsplätze
  You set up new PCs, notebooks and monitors, worry about software installations and network settings.
• Systemmigrationen
  You plan and accompany the transition to new systems. Whether it's an update, new software or hardware.
• Neue Technologien evaluieren
  You test new tools, check their practicality and recommend what really takes us forward.
• Abstimmung mit Dienstleistern
  You manage external providers, partners or remote developers and coordinate your work with them.
• Schnittstellen & Automatisierungen
  You connect systems via APIs or tools like N8N. So you make processes more efficient and reduce clickwork and errors to a minimum.
• Domainmanagement
  You have an overview of our active website domains and are able to provide internal tools locally or online for exactly the right teams securely and performantly.

Dein Profil

No certificate in the world replaces real experience in practice. Exactly what we're looking for. Whether you've gained it on the job, in your own projects or on your own initiative - we're interested in what you can really do, what you've already done in this area and what you still want to achieve. Direct communication, willingness to learn and pleasure in work are more important to us than any degree.

• You bring fundamental experience in IT administration or similar fields.
• Local networks, cloud servers, API interfaces, automation and VPNs are no foreign words for you.
• If you also have experience with CRM systems - all the better!
• You have basic knowledge of system architecture, networks or server landscapes.
• You prefer sustainable solutions over quick workarounds.
• You have experience with Google Workspace, Windows, MacOS, Docker, databases (Supabase) or similar platforms.
• You know your way around networks, firewalls and/or VPNs.
• You are eager to learn regularly - whether tools, trends or technologies.
• You have a plan for backup strategies, know how to handle personal data (storage, processing, deletion) and understand how to make an authenticated API call.
• You are communicative and open. Actually, we don't want to write generic things here, but this point is important. Good teamwork can be more valuable than pure experience. A colleague with whom collaboration is pleasant and smooth can be more valuable in everyday life than someone with more know-how, but whose communication is rather sluggish.
• You speak German or English or preferably both (around B2 level). No worries, we don't expect any proof of language proficiency.
