IT System Administrator (m/f/d) Full-Time
Job description
Your Tasks:
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees, first and second level IT support
- Management of IT hardware, applications, and identities throughout their entire lifecycle
- Definition, documentation, and optimization of IT processes
- Handling of incidents, service requests, and changes
- Coordination of external service providers
- Coordination of sub-projects and support in other IT projects
- Integration and configuration of SaaS solutions and monitoring
- Support of network infrastructures, possibly also on-site at events abroad
Your Profile:
- Completed technical apprenticeship or a completed degree with a focus on IT
- Very sound basic IT knowledge as well as basic knowledge in the areas of Windows, Entra ID, SaaS, network technology, and IT Service Management through your many years of professional experience
- Willingness and interest to further educate yourself in the field of IT security
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips for events at home and abroad
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Organizational and improvisation talent
- High resilience as well as a conscientious, precise, and structured way of working, even under time pressure
- Strong team spirit, initiative, and hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills
