IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d)

In this role, you'll take over the operational IT operations on site, manage Microsoft 365, Windows-Clients, user and rights management as well as classical server and NAS structures and develop yourself prospectively to become the central IT contact person at HydroMapper. Strengthen our team at the earliest possible time as IT-Systemadministrator (w/m/d).

Aufgaben

• You are the central point of contact for operational IT operations at HydroMapper and process IT tickets and user requests in 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support.
• You administer Microsoft 365, manage users, groups, licenses, permissions, Exchange Online, shared mailboxes, distribution lists and basic administration of Teams.
• You set up Windows-Clients, notebooks and workstations, accompany Onboarding and Offboarding and manage printers, peripherals and standard software.
• You support the maintenance of classical server and NAS structures, file systems, license issues, IT procurement, inventory management and asset management.
• You document systems, processes and solutions neatly, work on IT security basics like MFA, updates and permission concepts with and coordinate with the IT at WK Consult as well as external partners.

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of Berufserfahrung in IT-Administration, IT-Betrieb or IT-Support.
• Very good practice with Windows-Clients, Microsoft 365, user and rights management as well as mail environments.
• Basic experience with Servers, NAS-Systems, file systems and structured IT operations.
• Independent, pragmatic and service-oriented working style with clear prioritization in daily business. Secure German language skills and predominantly presence readiness.
