IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

We combine modern web technologies, data-driven online marketing, and high-performance logistics to offer our customers an outstanding shopping experience. To strengthen our IT organization, we are looking for a technically skilled IT System Administrator (m/f/d). In this position, you will ensure smooth IT operations across multiple locations, continuously develop our system and network infrastructure, and act as the central point of contact for all IT concerns.

• Ensuring comprehensive IT support (1st to 3rd level) for users at multiple locations

• Managing the ticket system, troubleshooting, and administration of hardware and software

• Handling structured user and rights management (onboarding and offboarding) in the IT identity environment

• Administration and management of the cloud-based work environment (Google Workspace)

• Procurement, deployment, and configuration of clients (laptops, peripherals) and network components

• Administration, maintenance, and further development of the physical and virtual server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)

• Central endpoint management for software rollouts, patch management, and system monitoring

• Interface function with external IT service providers and partners, including the management of services

• Successfully completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in IT system administration and technical user support

• Practical knowledge in the administration of server landscapes (Windows/Linux, virtualization)

• Experience in administering Google Workspace as well as common identity and access management systems

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Strong service orientation, analytical thinking skills, and a solution-oriented, self-reliant working style

• Residence in the greater Offenbach am Main / Frankfurt am Main area for on-site support

• Knowledge of modern network technology (e.g., firewalls, UniFi), RMM tools (e.g., NinjaOne), or zero-trust architectures are an advantage
