IT-System Administrator (w/m/d) - 3rd Level

We are located in Zweibrücken and have a sphere of influence extending up to Mannheim, supporting companies in achieving their goals while we take care of the technology. Our motto is: "We take care of your IT so you can focus on your company."

We are growing steadily and are looking for you to strengthen our 20-person team in full-time position on site in Zweibrücken.

Tasks

Your daily routine with us:

• Full Control: You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our IT system landscapes (Windows Server/Clients; Virtualization Hyper-V & VMware)
• Cloud & Migration: You will steer and operate Microsoft 365 environments and take care of Exchange Online migrations.
• Troubleshooting pure: Where others stop, you start. You analyze and fix complex errors in 2nd & 3rd-level support.
• Network & Security: Firewall support is no foreign word for you. Whether Sophos or Fortigate – you configure and monitor our security barriers with a finger's feel for network topologies.

Qualification

You bring:

• Experience: You can demonstrate fundamental practice in the area of operation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems. Your specialty: Windows & Microsoft 365. Possibly also Linux.
• Analytical thinking: Complex technical problems are solved systematically and structured by you. You know the difference between symptom treatment and cause research.
• Network knowledge: Knowledge in network infrastructure, configuration, and maintenance is your toolkit.
• Mobility: You have a class B driver's license and are mobile.
