We are available nationwide as well as in the Wiesbaden, Mainz, Frankfurt, and surrounding areas to support our customers and look forward every day to working successfully together.

Tasks

• Administration of Windows clients
• Microsoft 365 administration
• Network administration, firewall administration, and NAS server administration
• Error correction and user support in the 1st and 2nd level support
• Continuously improving and developing our IT infrastructure
• Creating IT documentation

Qualification

• A vocational training in the IT sector
• Good knowledge of Windows client administration
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
• Knowledge in the network area (WAN, LAN, VPN, firewall) and NAS area
• Friendly demeanor towards customers and team members
• Self-motivated, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• Motivation, self-responsibility, and emphasis on further professional development
• Will to help and flexibility
• English skills
• Presentation of a neat appearance
• Class B driver's license
