IT-System Administrator and Support (m/w/d) - 1402

We are looking for an experienced IT-System Administrator and Support (m/w/d) with comprehensive expertise in the maintenance of Windows infrastructures, Microsoft 365, and network technologies. Tasks

• Maintenance and administration of Windows client- and server-based systems
• 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support within the scope of the IT Service Desk
• User-, rights-, and system management in Microsoft 365
• Support for network design and operation (TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN)
• Participation in IT projects and technical implementation of changes
• Work with common ticket systems and structured documentation

Qualification

• Completed IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker/in for Systemintegration)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support or system administration
• In-depth knowledge of Windows clients, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
• Proficient in handling networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, WLAN, routing, switching)
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure is advantageous
• Self-reliant, solution-oriented working style and team capability
