Tasks

You will take responsibility here

• IT Service Point Management and End-user Support
  Management of local IT service points as an interface between departments and central IT. Performance of administrative tasks on end devices, error analysis, and troubleshooting on site. Installation and configuration of IBM servers and storage systems in the company environment.
• ITSM-based Incident Handling and Ticket Management
  Handling of IT incidents through a ticket system (ITSM) according to ITIL standards. Acceptance, classification, and prioritization of incidents and requests with independent processing or forwarding to subsequent support units. Contact person for customers in the onboarding process for registrations and authorizations.
• Knowledge Documentation and Process Optimization
  Structuring and implementation of a central knowledge database for documenting IT processes, solutions, and FAQs. Building documentation structures for optimizing service quality and efficiency gains in IT support and data center operations.

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of an IT-related education, e.g., as a system integration specialist (m/w/d)
• 3 years of professional experience as an IT system administrator (m/w/d) or in IT support
• Experience in network technology and server installations
• Experience with an IBM server operating system is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Ideal candidate has first-hand experience in helpdesk operations and ticket systems
• Structured and responsible work style
• Reliability and punctuality
• Class B driver's license
• Very good German language skills
