IT-System Administrator - Focus Microsoft & Cloud

You are an experienced IT professional with a passion for modern technologies and want to implement exciting migration projects? For a growing IT company, we are looking for a versatile expert who can work independently, support customers directly on site, and bring their expertise in Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.

Tasks

• Planning and implementation of migration projects for new customers
• 3rd-Level Support for Microsoft 365 and other IT systems
• Supporting the 1st- and 2nd-Level Support Teams with complex IT problems
• Disciplinary and professional leadership of internal and external employees
• Customer contact on site

Qualification

• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT system administration
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, virtualization, monitoring, firewalls, virus protection, backup, and cloud telephony
• Basic knowledge of Linux is desirable
• A valid driver's license (Class B) is required
• Experience in planning and implementing IT migration projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-sufficient, meticulous, and proactive work style
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills
