IT-System Administrator / Entry-Level IT (m/w/d) Heidelberg Area

Tasks

• Support for administering IT systems (Windows/Linux environments)
• Care of server, client, and network systems
• Participation in IT projects in the areas of infrastructure, security, and architecture
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in hardware and software environments
• Collaboration with internal teams as well as external partners
• Documented systems and processes
• Gradual assumption of more responsibility – depending on qualifications and development

Qualification

• Completed IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or entry-level with relevant IT experience

• First practical knowledge in:

• Windows administration

• ideally Linux basics

• Network and client support

• Basic understanding of IT security and modern IT infrastructures

• Interest in topics like Cyber Security, Cloud or IT architecture

• Learner's willingness, self-initiative, and solution-oriented thinking

• Teamwork ability as well as honest and open communication

• Good German language skills, English language skills an asset
